Since I have a child with asthma, who is most likely breathing through the mouth,it's worth a try to teac him to breathe by this nasal method. Can this eliminate asthma?

Mew and Buteyko are geniuses. A nice story and explanation on how these technique work together to bring better health, beauty and self confidence to children
This one helped my kids to understand the importance of nose breathing..... instead of me just reading and telling them, this one they got to read with me.
Gave it to my dentist. He had heard Dr. Mew once and was very proud to receive the book.

I asked my 12 yr old to read the first part of the child section and she did. She immediately applied the lesson to her stuffy nose and the nose cleared up. She get allergies to dust mites, the mucous forms, and then -- presto -- sick child out of school for 1+ weeks. No more me thinks. I'll try to remember to come back here and update any important observations.
